Rocheport United Methodist Church is a welcoming, loving community of faith, where many members are residents of Rocheport.

We welcome anyone that wants to be around other people, that wants to worship God, that is in need, or just needs some place to belong to.

Sometimes even the unexpected visit can lead to a lifetime of fellowship, friendship, and love like you have never known.

Come join us for visiting before and after our worship service to honor God!

The congregation is composed of many people of many different ways of life, many different backgrounds, that worships in a traditional style with a few wrinkles thrown in here and there.

Arrive early to visit and plan on staying afterwards for a little while to enjoy some refreshments and visit with others.

We would love to get to know you and for you to get to know us.

Children are a precious and glorious reminder of God’s Love for us. We try to encourage children to be part of the Worship Service.

We have also have a Children’s Sunday School class. After the Children’s Message they can, if you so desire, depart the worship service for Sunday School upstairs in the Children’s Sunday School Room.

While there is no obligation to do so if you or your child doesn’t want to we would strongly encourage the children to participate in Sunday School
